Our Policy

We have a 24 hour cancelation & no show policy. This applies to canceling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. If you wish to cancel an appointment that is on Monday, you will need to reach out on Friday within our office hours as we do not have administration on weekends or holidays. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a fee of up to the full service amount.

Just a reminder that, as a standard practice, we only allow one appointment per client per day. This policy is in place to prevent issues with insurance billing and to avoid overworking tissues, ensuring the best care for our clients.
